  • When doing abs, stay focused on looking at the ceiling (not at the TV, not at your abs/legs/etc) - Focus on squeezing your abs while lifting rather than the actual sensation of lifting your shoulders/back - Hope that helps!

  • I use a heart rate monitor, but before I had one I logged 20 minutes of circuit training since technically the "work out" portion is only 18-20 minutes, "moderate stretching" is 5-10 minutes). :smiley:

  • Is the problem that you can't breathe flat on your back? Maybe if you have something you can place behind your back you can perform the exercises at a decline rather than flat on your back, leaving more room in your airway. Just push yourself as hard as you healthily can - everyone gets sick, and pushing your body too hard…
  • Agreed! I've never noticed a huge change on the scale, but as far as NSV's go 30DS is the shiznit! I always gain muscle and much more tone by Day 30.

  • Just completed day 2 on level 2! Woofda, I hate/love those skaters and oblique twists! Followed it up with some blogilates.. Aaaand now it's time for a shower. Keep it up everyone!!!
