I used ketone urine stick and it didnt even . change a slight bit.i also haven't dropped the water weight yet not even one pound in the last 11 days.so wondering what.am I doing wrong :s I am eating fish chicken and salads cheese and using coconut oil and butter but nothing is happening no inches lost on waist either so…

There is a page on fb called 5:2 diet which is intermittent fasting for two days of the week..micheal moslely wrote a book and horizon documentary on this and created the diet. have a read. the health benefits are meant to be astounding like reversing blood sugar cholesterol levels etc.

hi have you tried looking into the 5:2 diet.you fast for two days a week keeping calories at 500 and the other 5 days you eat whatever you want within your calories of 12-1600 depending on lifestyle exercise etc. The 2 fast days "detox" and repair the body and u lose weight each week. have a read up on Google:)
