Just cuz this is how my brain works (weigh in at 160/ goal weight 145 (15lbs difference) or about 11% of your current weight. That's really not that much- focus on establishing healthy habits (sounds like you're on the right path)

I'm working 10 days with an hour commute both ways. I'm also a single mom, so time management is imperative as when I'm home my focus is on my son until he goes to bed. Maybe try short "bursts" on days when you know you'll be flat out after work. Examples: sets of 20 push ups; squats; calf raises if you stand a lot; walking lunges around the office etc not an "extreme" workout, but it adds up and is better than no work out at all. Just a thought! :-D

Smoothies can be delicious, and with the right I ingredients a valid sub for a meal (I agree with bfast or lunch) My recipe from today: .75 cup organic unsweetened soy milk .25 cup frozen strawberries .25 cup frozen blueberries 1 Chobani peach fat free Greek yogurt High in protein and delicious!!!!!

I'm just starting out, so yes, I get hungry! I am making food choices high in fiber or protein when I am and also drinking more water.
