The first day of the rest of my life!

I am the typical 52 times a year diet go-getter. But now that I truly hate what I see in the mirror, and have noticed my attitude getting worse as the months and years go on, I am taking additional steps to change my lifestyle. A co-worker showed me this app and I decided to join! I am currently 228 lbs and my goal is to weight 200 lbs by May 1 and keep going after that. I don't plan on doing anything crazy, but rather gradually change my eating habits and daily workouts so I can be a healthier, happier person. I have already began eating healthier and joined a basketball team that starts playing next week! I hope everyone has a great healthy holiday- And together, we can beat obesity!
