  • i just got premium too (2 days ago) i put my dinner to be my biggest meal, breakfast being lighter, because, i prefer to eat more at night .. i planned some snack cals in there too my ratio is set to 40% carbs, 30 % protein, 30% fat ..   • Hey, feel free to add me, we have the same goals .. I'm sitting around 270, goal for 2019 is 190-199 (not ultimate goal), I am goin to be using my weigh in at my dr. (Every 3 months) as my official weights.. I go tomorrow to my Dr , that will be my official start weight .. it's to help stop the mind games lol.

  • I didn't read all the replies (on a small phone) .. my highest weight was 312, I averaged around 3500 Cal's a day +- , I started doing 2500 then 2000 Cal's a day, right now I am maintaining 260 +- , but that's cause of personal family stress (wrecks, hospital stays etc) .. I still lose weight when eating around 1800-2000…
  • My last meal is usually around 1:30am, but my 1st meal is around 11am (work late nights) .. every one is different..
