This forum is actually helpful to me. I will start trying to eat more, but if I'm full of low calorie veggies, I don't see why I need to add higher calories foods to get my counts up. Maybe I'll try doubling my protein and lowering my veggie consumption to get more calories in.

That's not everyday. Ideally, I'd like to keep my net below 1000 on a daily basis, not because of eating too little but because of working out a lot.

So, if I shoot for 1500 calories and burn 500 (just an example), I will still keep losing weight? I've only been losing about 2-3 lbs a week, so I haven't felt like what I was doing is unhealthy.

I'm trying to eat no more than 1200 cal a day, and then burning as many as I can (shoot for 700/day). I haven't felt like I was "starving" or "fatigued" at all. If I did feel that way, OBVIOUSLY I would eat more. I listen to my body. I work a desk job so throughout the day, I simply do not need to eat a ton to keep myself…

Jealous! Mine is at 1,260 a day as a goal and it's hard to stay under unless I burn at least 500 calories working out.

I'm sorry, I don't agree. Most paleo-promoting dietitians allow for flexibility. If you want a small bit of cheese and your body reacts well to that... Then eat it! Just be careful about the toxins and processed/fake foods you're putting in your body. Keep it natural, keep it clean!

Okay, I'm shooting for 150 but I didn't know if that was too low. I told my coworker that I want to lose 50lbs and she told me I was crazy and would look funny 50lbs lighter... I thought I'd get some advice on here!

Paleo is awesome. It's based on what is good for your body and what your body is capable of processing. Lean meats, vegetables, and good healthy fats (i.e. avocados, eggs, etc).

I do the interval setting on the elliptical... it goes from 5-15 degree of difficultly on and off. I like it. I'm starting BodyPump next week.

Cruncha Ma-Me... it's dried edemame and they come in many different flavors. Onion & Chive is my favorite!! I also LOVE dried seaweed and freeze dried strawberries! YUM!!
