I'm a brit in FL so it's always warm if you ask me lol! Thanks for the suggestions, the salad sounds great!

I love oatmeal, I eat it most days. I use organic rolled oats with hot water and add my favourings. Some of my favourites are; mashed banana and peanut butter, banana and blueberry, cinnamon and dried cranberries and apple and cinnamon. I hope this helps.

Thanks everyone for all of the replies and friend requests - much appreciated

Hey, I understand that. I try not to see it as people being critical, more just people trying to help/make suggestions, I'm not very easily offended so that helps I guess. I find that having my diary open helps me stay accountable for what I eat as I know others can see it, that helps me to make better choices. Please feel…

If I cook Indian food I make tomato based sauces instead of cream. I use lots of lentils, chickpeas and spinach so it can be healthy if you choose the right ingredients. A lot of vegetarian and vegan Indian food is low in fat.

Lol, I'm done here folks, just trying to give some advise. Drink/eat what you please if you feel it's good for you and your weight loss goals.

Totally missing the point. Consumption of water is essential for your health as the body is about 60% water. Perhaps people should drink more water and just forget about soda. It's not necessary.

Diet soda contain a chemical called aspartame. It doesn't take much research on this chemical to realise that it isn't good for you. No sodas or diet sodas are good for you, they contain no nutritional value!

Carrot sticks and hummus!

I snack on fruit, or make a smoothie in the morning to have later (provided you can keep it cool, I have a small lunch bag). If you like oats look up some recipes for overnight oats, you can add what ever you like, chia seeds are good to use for protein

Very high in sodium, check the ingredients. I prefer to cook so I know exactly what's in my food

I eat oats most mornings. I use organic oats and add my own flavourings to it like blueberries, banana, apple or cinnamon. Occasionally I'll make a smoothie bowl if I can be bothered. Also lots of water, no coffee here!

Gosh when I think about this I realise how out of control I was, this was a typical binge for me, this would usually happen when I got home from work having worked through lunch ... - Nutella ... by the spoonful straight from the jar! - Ice cream - Any type of cheese I could find - Crisps/chips - Peanut butter on toast…
