If I plan on working out shortly after or worked out before breakfast, I'll eat something with carbs and protein, if I dont plan on working out, I usually go low carb, high protein with some fats0

I bake crust less quiche or "frittatas" for 130-150 calories per 1/4. Just heat up a quarter every morning
Recent ones are cabbage/bacon and BLT

2 organic eggs scrambled with 1 cup spinach and a slice of american cheese. Sometimes I'll add a slice of Ezekiel bread or a 100 cal English muffin. If it's after a workout, I'll skip the bread and have a cup of milk mixed with a scoop of protein powder.
Omg! Sounds like something I would make. Ezekiel bread! Love it0 -
5 egg white omelette with crunchy peanut butter. I wash it down with a hemp powder protein drink mixed with water.0

It depends, varies from a piece of fruit to oatmeal to a few egg whites with veg. Depends on how I'm feeling and the time I have0

My current kick is an over easy egg on a hash of coleslaw mix, onion and a slice of bacon. I fry 1 slice of bacon and then stir fry the onion and coleslaw mix in the drippings while frying the egg in another skillet. Layer the coleslaw mix, then crumbled bacon and then the egg on top.0

I eat oats most mornings. I use organic oats and add my own flavourings to it like blueberries, banana, apple or cinnamon. Occasionally I'll make a smoothie bowl if I can be bothered. Also lots of water, no coffee here!0

My current breakfast obsession has been a two organic egg omelette--either Mexican (beans, cheese, salsa) or turkey and cheese. I usually pair an omelette with a slice of toast or a couple links of organic chicken sausage. Super yummy and keeps me full for hours0

it depends on the morning...usually eggs cooked in some manner...sometimes I have them with beans, sometimes with oats..sometimes with toast and fruit...sometimes I have left over grilled chicken...just depends.0

Cottage cheese0

Tomorrow: 6 oz breakfast steak, 4 eggs with HWC, butter, pepper, and black olives. I usually have bacon (or sausage) and eggs for breakfast though.0
-
3 Eggs with turkey, avocado, feta, baby tomato, spinach leaves, a shot of coffee, 1L Water0
-
Sausages and scrambled eggs with 5g butter, add a little red salt and it's good to go0

Oatmeal, in rare cases eggs (allergic to them) but I make them count by preparing elaborate egg recipes, cold leftovers from yesterday, a veggie stir fry, some kind of grain with milk and honey, pasta/pizza, tuna, greek yogurt or cheese sandwich + vegetables and fruits, some kind of special K, ice cream, boiled potatoes with butter and sauteed mushrooms, basically anything I happen to feel like eating breakfast food or otherwise.0
