6/4 Zumba today, I want to rotate my video's. I reach 5k steps before the video ended, but I'm not sure if I will benefit as much as when I do the dance to the hits by LS. HIIT. When I do the HIIT training I tend to lose weight which is my goal. Any thoughts or words of wisdom from anyone????

Today, I just stretched my muscles with a 20 minutes walking LS.

My goal is to get started, and continue more then a few times. I have actually did my LS, HIIT 2 mile today. It's a start. Felt good sort of, lol

See a true Nutritionist, check with your insurance to make sure it's covered, also check with nutritionist on diagnosis codes, I called my insurance after I was given the codes and as long as they were a certain way it was paid and I didn't even have to pay a co-pay to my surprise. I have taken advantage of some nice weather decided to walk outside I want to push myself to do that on nice days. In addition to doing right as I get home after work.

Well no work out yesterday, but I did get a lot of steps in. Today I did weights and rubber band excerise, got some shopping in which is unusual for me.

Didn't work out yesterday, but I did today, yay.... I did 2 out of three miles HIIT and some weights.

Oh boy it's been a while since I did the LS dance DVD HIIT, I feel whopped. Followed by some weights. Nice way to start the week. :)

Yesterday I did a 20 minute walk with LS followed by some weights/bands excerise, some squats if you call it that, OMG, a few lunges very modified or I would need to call someone to pick me up. Lol. :# I am getting there that's all that matters.

I took a walk on my lunch time today that's a first, lol

I did about 15 mins of my LS walking video then went onto weights, then to dinner, lol I was getting hungry and couldn't concentrate on working out, I just wanted to finish.

I forgot to log yesterday I did the 30 minute walk and today I did the 20 minutes followed by 12 min on bike and some weights. I am trying, I have a plan.
