I know the response you will get with this question. "eat at a deficit" and truly it is really the only answer to the question. Keep losing fat and eventually it will come off the midsection. usually the last to go for most.

Inn acurate logging seems to be ye culprit. Everything I see that you have is in cups. You must weigh everything. Also I seen that you ate 3oz of 'breaded/fried' walleye which was 28 calories. Looking at your salad I figured about 30 cals for your veg, and that looks like greek dressing which in the version I make is 57 cals per tablespoon. 230 sounds more like it to me, before I started counting calories I drank a large triple triple at a whopping 410 calories! I now drink a medium 2 milk and 1 sweetner for 40 calories. Cream is the killer here.

Costco sells palerno (spelling?) Chicken fajita thin crust pizza. Good for a quick pizza fix and 500 cal for half the pizza. Paired with a big salad it's not actually that bad of a meal calorie wise. High in sodium tho.

I do eat other things ad well but those are my main protein sources... had pork chops earlier the week and shrimp tacos with mango salsa last night, delicious! No worries, I love my food, lol.

Yea eggs, chicken and greek yougurt were my main big protein sources, but i found more chicken then the others helped me keep withing my calories. But upping my calories may make it a whole lot easier!

Also another noteable thing to mention is that i broke my wrist a little over 5 months ago so my wrist still isnt 100 percent.

Thats what ive been doing to get the macros right, planning meals evening before and filling gaps with the snacks, but there is only so much chicken i can eat in one day, lol. Perhaps the proteing supplement would be a hepfull addition to achieve this.

I try to do cardio 3-4 times a week which is usually anywhere from 15-30 minutes on a elliptical. Also my line of work is hanging drywall but i am a foreman so it also involves a fair amount of driving, but when im not its a pretty physically intense job.
