It's very scary to me how easily someone can put together a "diet" and sell it. Tbh last time I was on a 500 calorie diet I was 14 and anorexic meaning it is by no means sustainable or healthy. It's not a good way to lose the weight at all. It puts your body through some rough times. Please don't put your body through this.

I've always heard you cannot spot reduce but please take it from a former cardio queen-start lifting weights. My body changed entirely- I went from "thick" to "skinny-fat" with cardio then from "skinny-fat" to tone and strong (not "bulky" as some women fear) from lifting ! I cannot stress the weights enough :blush:

cutting your soda intake will save you 1000 cals alone. Cutting ranch (shutter) will save you 280 cals and cutting the syrup will save 200 cals. Nearly 1500 in some very simple ways. I saw your goal as 50lbs to lose so 7 1/2lbs is a good start in such a short period (15% of your goal reached) so dont get discouraged. Perhaps another 3 weeks will do the trick and you will notice some difference. Just don't stop cause you're not seeing the results you want to see just yet. You can absolutely do this :)
