I didn't lose anything this week but I'm sticking with it. Think I would have had I not gotten a bit sloppy on counting and eating without intention or hunger just because other people are. Had a harder week but when I faltered I got back to counting even if I went over. Didn't exercise as much due to work schedule. Down 1/2 pound but that's Ok. It will still get me closer to where I need to be.

The reason I lost so fast is that I came back from a cruise and had been eating like mad. The shock of cutting back is what did it. I'm sure I'll be lucky to have a loss next week.

I logged every day, walked 4x stood more at my desk and did yoga. I'm down two pounds !
