Small loss this week, but had a rough start. I definitely struggled with sticking to a healthy eating plan for the first half of the week. I'm a teacher and home for the summer, so there is a lot of free time to snack. I hope this week starts off on a high note because any loss is a good loss. See you next Sunday! ~Jackie2 -

Logged meals for 5 days of 7, cut back on alcohol and averaged over 10,000 steps per day last week. Looking forward to another great week and slow/steady weight loss!1 -

The reason I lost so fast is that I came back from a cruise and had been eating like mad. The shock of cutting back is what did it. I'm sure I'll be lucky to have a loss next week.0

Hope you all don't mind me sharing a snack idea with everyone. Fun for kids and adults and not bad for us. Take equal parts of cool whip and strawberry Greek yogurt, or whatever flavor you want, and mix it together. Put a dollop of it on top of a nilla wafer and place a piece of fruit on top like a slice of kiwi or a slice of orange or a strawberry slice or a grape. Super yummy and my kids love it too. Another great thing that's no secret is lemon water!! Good for you and quenching.3

I cant believe I loss 5 pounds this week. I have cut my calories to 1700 a day with no soda or sweets. When I start a diet, the first week is the hardest. Hopefully I can stay with it and lose a few more this week.6 -

Well, putting weight on was not the plan! I did have a couple of days away staying with family where I didn't log. Will be back to it today, have had a read through the posts here for fresh motivation and get a better result next Monday
