    I know I'm a couple of Sundays late, but can I still join? I really need a support group like this ti stay motivated. I have set myself a fitness and weight loss challenge and I really need to prove to myself that I still have what it takes to remain focused and achieve me goals. I have 19lbs to lose to get to my first weight goal. I'll see from there if I am happy at that weight.

    Getting myself psyched up to hit the gym tonight after work. It's been way too long. I know when the end of the day comes I'll be tempted to just go home, but I am determined to make positive life changes. Making a commitment to get moving tonight. I know I'll feel so much better if I do.

    No idea, not losing faith. I've been doing Strong Lifts 5x5 so I'm sore here and there and prob retaining water/building muscle. I hope so anyway.

    Had a harder week but when I faltered I got back to counting even if I went over. Didn't exercise as much due to work schedule. Down 1/2 pound but that's

    I'm sticking with my plan, as it is working for me: 1500 calories, no Pepsi, low sodium and low fat. Cardio when I can.

    16/7 187.4 and have lost 0.5 inch off waist, hips and bum! Worked out five times this past week, probably a record for me!
