yeah, mfp gives me 1200 for 0.5kg and Ive done that for almost the entire first 4 months of the year, I'm over it. Ive reached the first goal weight for my nyc holidays. now nice and easy, no rush. yes the additional 100 kcal doesnt seem like a lot - I hate tall ppl :P

really thought I wouldnt get this one that so many of you mentioned, but yeah, it happened: my butt hurts if there is insufficient padding on the seat. it mostly just happens on the bus, good thing my work commute is only 20 minutes and now that the weather is better, I can make it with the bike :smiley:

I have just manually adjusted calories (+100) to slowly get to maintenance. and I am pissed off not happy that it has changed the calorie goal for my previous days. I realize they are working on it. but still, my internal numbers happy persona is not happy.

ran almost 5 km yesterday with just a little walking in between and with the cool down walk at the end I was over 5 km. being the first run of the season, I'm calling it awesome. now I know the stationary bike has been actually benefiting my 'fit-ness'.
