I did my 5000 steps by walking outside with my friend instead of the treadmill.

My vacation is already planned. My best friend and I rent a cottage for a week. Although we do sit around a lot, we also do some shopping and some walking. This year I'm going to try to walk more though.

Although I don't post my comments daily, I do look up your daily challenge and try to follow it. I find it motivating. I just don't always have the time to post everything. I'm also involved with other groups and challenges. I look forward to the next 100.

I only drank water today. No time for spring cleaning today as I am doing the 30 day walking challenge and got home too late to do both.

I worked today.

I started today. I did my first 2000 on the treadmill with no breaks. I also walked the dogs for over 2000 steps. I wore my pedomitor all day just to see how many steps I take. I took a total of 4800 during the day and two sets of 2000. I am going to continue to increase on the treadmill by 500 a day. Wish me luck!

Walking the dogs - 30 minutes Laundry Grocery shopping Preparing for a 30 day walking challenge starting tomorrow

I am moving a lot more at home and work. I get up and get water which then makes me have more frequent bathroom breaks; I'm filling up 5 bottles a day (10 cups). I file more often instead of letting it pile up. I'm also doing a lot more chores during the week at home to keep myself busy and moving.

Great idea. I'm walking for at 30 minutes today and I will do this challenge for at least 15 minutes. I don't watch TV during the week. No time.

Being a dog lover/owner myself I totally understand the amount of time a new addition takes but don't forget that they also keep you moving and that is better then just sitting around. Good luck with her and the weight loss.

Although I am staying within my calorie count, moving so much more, and cut out my LSN I'm still not really loosing but I will keep trying. Now that I have some support form MFP friends it helps.

My plan for today is to walk the dogs, move what I I need from my office out on the deck (it's a holiday) and do some much needed file cleaning. Later in the day I will finish de cluttering my laundry room.

Cleaned up a lot paperwork. Carried laptop, shredder, wireless speaker, file holder, gathered up paperwork, to the deck. It was a beautiful day so I didn't want to stay inside. Also did four loads do laundry and put it away.
