I have found that if I plan my menu on MFP as soon as I wake up in the morning it really helps. I can stick to my plan & I don't have to go thru the day trying to figure out what to eat as I go. My motto is " A goal without a plan, is just a wish!" Hope this helps.

I am also on the pureed stage. I use my ninja when I make a large batch of something. Yesterday I made turkey chili and now I have it in the container in my frig so I can pour out just a few ounces at a time.
