  • Don't worry about the margaritas. I have drinks regularly. Sometimes more or less depending on my day. It doesn't make a huge difference on the scale. Well as long as it's not a nightly thing! You're doing fantastic and you should be proud of yourself.
  • I've lost 85lbs, I want to lose about 70-80lbs more.
  • You're probably the closest to me! 5'7 Sw: 363 Cw: 278 Gw: 185ish I'm 35
  • I started at 363 and am currently 278
  • I had tremendous success on 2 meals a day in the past. I lost over 100lbs. I've gained it back when I quit. This time around I'm OMAD and been very successful. No matter what you choose you can do it!
  • Just remember the initial disgust and motivation will wean. You need to figure out how to keep going when everything says to stop and give up! I like to hang out in the success stories forum, just peeking through pics. You can do this! Don't ever give up!

  • I'm 35, have 4 kids and ballooned in weight after dislocating my knee! I have so far lost 83lbs, but have another 80 to go. (Pic says 90, but gained 7 on vacation recently!
  • I've been OMAD since November 2016 and am down 90lbs. Still alive. Still loosing and feeling great.
  • I have fibro, plantars fasciitis and severe tendinitis in my feet. I started with 7k steps a day until I was up to 15k. I added 1k per week. Now I circuit train at the gym did up to 1 hour and 30mins straight. You can do it. The more you go, the better you feel. I have lost close to 90lbs and still have 80 to go.
  • We are pretty close! 5'7 SW 363 CW 274 GW 185
  • I have an 11 year old 5'1 and 130lbs. I've had to deal with this issue. Don't teach her to weigh food or about calories. Like I do for my daughter, I just keep healthy food on hand, make suggestions towards fruit for snacks and encourage activity. I would never "diet" a child. There is verifiable proof that dieting a child…
  • Hey quick check in, how's the no smoking going?
  • You can add me. I started at needing to lose 160lbs, I'm now down 90lbs.

  • I fall off the wagon all the time, but I get back on as often. In 8 months, I've lost 90 lbs, falling off the wagon all the time. You can do this! I still have another 80lbs to go, but know that falling off the wagon is going to keep happening but so will the weight loss because I'm determined. You can do this.
  • So starting Wednesday, because I'm out of town Tuesday, I'm recommitting to a pure OMAD lifestyle! I'm asking you guys to hold me accountable!
  • First place chicken in a pan with edges. Add a quarter cup water and then any spices you want on top. I recommend basil, Italian seasoning, or savoury. Cover with tinfoil. While prepping, set oven on 360degrees. Let cook for 1 hour. Uncover and cook a bit longer, 10mins or so. If you want it a bit crispy, broil on low.…
  • Hey guys! I'm still plugging away. On days I go to the gym I had to add a protein shake in the morning but otherwise still pretty much OMAD. My protein shake is water, ice, half a banana and one scoop powder. I'm loosing weight! Down 90lbs as of today. Need to wait and see what Fridays weigh in yields. I'm still reading…
  • Just so you know, I was severely depressed when I got started. I wasn't suicidal, but I definitely had given up on everything. I'm willing to help support you!
  • Our stats are similar. I'm 35, SW 363 and my CW is 273. I know you can do it because I'm doing it! Feel free to add me
  • Here's my progress thus far. Still have a ways to go.... SW: 363 CW: 273 1st GW: 210
  • You can ask me anything. I'm currently down 90lbs
  • I have active rest days. On days I don't go to the gym, I go hiking or swimming. A rest day doesn't mean sit on your *kitten* and do nothing. Go for a bike ride, go dancing etc. Do something that keeps you active but not over working yourself.
  • I've lost 90lbs only tracking calories not macros. I wouldn't worry too much
  • It's tied back in a French braid. I was getting ready for a job interview!
  • You're doing amazing and are a real Inspiration to me! I plan to quit cold turkey soon.
  • 90 lbs down!! Woot! Common 100!
  • Hey all! I've joined a gym so I have been literately working my *kitten* off! I feel thinner now. I have not been weighing in because I can get a little obsessed. Did I ever mention I'm OCD? I have been basically sticking to OMAD except gym days when I throw a protein shake in in the mornings. I'm hoping to make that…
  • I've been OMAD since November. I fail at it regularly, but that's not the name of the game. We are all human on a weight loss journey, we root for each other regardless! I haven't been doing OMAD for a couple weeks now, but I'm still here because I still believe in it. We all mess up, on every plan, the trick is to keep…
  • We could be twins! I'm 5'7 and currently 276lbs. I started at 363. I just recently joined a gym. I am doing circuit training. Not focused weight training but rather circuit to tighten up muscles and build where fat once was. I also do extensive cardio and like you, keep my diet simple. I suggest just doing circuit and…
