What a great start, feel free to add me. I weight loss is stalled right now but I change things up so hoping for a drop soon.

Yes, we have been so brainwashed to judge accomplishments by our weight. It is smart but very hard to stop thinking that way. I think I am going to go to a place here with a bod pod that measures body composition and then go again at the end of the summer. It would give me some comparison to hang my hat on.

I do lots of cardio but not little strength so I am going to try that. I have 25-30 left to go. Hopefully we can keep each other in the game

Well, you made me feel better, I have worked at being very fit over the last year and a half and have only lost 21 pounds but my body has changed greatly. Our brains are wired to think pounds. I have to constantly remind myself to think differently. The only thing that discourages me is the scale so trying to avoid it for…

I found a way to work this in pretty painlessly. I walk for 25 to 30 minutes on my lunch break, I walk about 10 to 15 in the afternoon for a break. During the day I get up from my desk and walk the long way to the washroom or to get water from the cooler almost every hour. When I get home I move around to make dinner, house…

Add me, I am active, I too began this journey over a year ago and some days it gets hard. Maybe we can help each other.

I am a hiker and you can buy icers for over your boots 25-35 dollars. I use them to hike in the woods in any weather. Still good exercise and if you are like me I only want to be outside.

I would like to join as well. I agree with fitness, water and some sort of diet plan. Mine is "no or very limited processed foods" Lots of water, vegies and fruit. Workout strenuously twice per week, moderately the rest. Aiming for 7000 steps during week 10-15 steps on weekend. :)

Please don't give up. I have a similar story, I started on a journey in October 2013 and have become very active and fit. I have only lost 20 pounds and I have worked really, really hard at food and fitness. My weight stopped moving completely 3 months ago until today (after 2 weeks logging food). I was frustrated but kept…

Feel free to add me. My husband has MS and it is really important to be your best in all the ways you can. I have 30 pounds to lose and need motivation too.

I too love to hike and do lots of outdoor activities. But it just is not enough to move the fat that I keep hoping to see behind me on the trail. Feel free to add me.
