Hi Connie! I hear you, the scale not moving is frustrating, but you are doing SOOOOOO good. You are down so much and all that swimming is doing more than just dropping pounds (cause it WILL catch up). Googled some benefits for you... Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some…

Thanks for wading into unchartered waters NovusDies. :) Be sustainable! I want to be healthy 10 years from now, not just 10 days from now.

Hi 👋🏻. New here. SW 272 CW 218 3 month goal (Mid December) 203. I’ve been averaging 5lb-month so doable. Surreal. I turn 41 on Dec 31, wouldn’t that be a great birthday present?

Between a generous serving of chips, salsa and fajitas at a Mexican restaurant (👋🏻 sodium) and a migraine last night. I am up 4 pounds overnight. Thankfully I know it’s just water and it will come off quickly. Now to get hydrated keep going today.

Today's goals. Take photos of everything I eat and share with FB group regarding weight loss with calories. I like to do it occasionally to keep myself accountable and also share what's working for me (eating a lot and still losing), in case it's helpful for others.

This is exactly what I do. My “normal” rate is at 1.5 week I am during period week I said it up to .5. It’s been working great and hasn’t noticed noticeably affected my overall rate of loss and has made it much more sustainable.

Update: Down 52 pounds! ;)

Tracks!!

Between 1350-1850. I set my goal to lose at .5 lb/ week during my monthly and then 1.5 lb/week rest of the month. I find that it gives me a good balance and a chance to eat more sometimes, but still always stay in a deficit.

Still in process, but 52 pounds down -

I’ve been averaging about 5lb/month but am feeling a bit discouraged right now so I wanna join in the month challenge to see my progress. It’s only two days until the end of the month but 🤷🏻♀️. My weights been fluctuating between 226-223 this month. My Numbers: SW: 272 9/1/2020 W: 227.5 9/28/2020 W: 225.6 9/30/2020 GW:…

I just did a diet break too, for one week. It was refreshing and felt great. Gained 5lb scale weight but lost it all in a day once I want back into a deficit, so water weight. It was nice to be eating more abs not feeling out of control like I have in the past.
-
I turned 40 and then realized that I was getting stretch marks on my tummy. Time to take back control of my health. Down 35 since February and just started running again after a LOOOOOONG break.

This weeks update is I am at 35.6 pounds lost and still tracking. Others have started to notice, which is nice. I have up days and down days emotionally but haven't fallen too far off the wagon since the end of February. Really coming to understand that tracking will be a LONG term proposition for me. I also discovered…
