Wow! So many awesome folks, support, and information here! I just joined a few days ago but have been LC for a few weeks. Coupled with more intentional exercise I've lost 18lbs since the end of November. I'm somewhere between Atkins, Paleo, and "clean". I'd love to connect with like minded folks!

30d plank challenge - level 1. 60 seconds front, 30 seconds left & right side each. HARD! I also ran/walked 2 miles (C25K style) and did some upper body weights. All these different things folks are doing are inspiring!

I like the Champion "All Out Support II". It incredibly comfortable and relatively inexpensive compared to many maximum support styles/brands. I'm a 40DD.

I'd like to join! I know it starts tomorrow and know I'm incredibly motivated, have a 30-35lb loss by March goal I've been aiming for! Perhaps If someone has to drop out at the last minute?
