Thanks, I am currently on SSRI to help me through this bad patch. That's why I go to the gym nearly everyday to feel a bit happier. I had been doing 20g but decided to up to less than 50g, was missing my yoghurt & berries too much. As this is a long term way of eating feel better on less than 50g.
