  • Delighted to report only had planned drinks for celebration so had 29/31 alcohol days free. Planning the same for February. So pleased evening cravings for a glass of wine or G&T have diminished. Which has helped me lose 8lbs and more importantly feeling a lot happier & healthy which is my main goal.
