    Weight lost this week: .3 :neutral: A loss is better than a gain, but I was expecting my number to be way better. I am 2 pounds over what my goal was. :( So I'm just going to keep working at it and hopefully make up those 2 pounds in February.

    January Actual: 153. I’m really struggling to get my motivation back after gaining 6-7 holiday pounds. I want to be back in maintenance at around 146 or so, but my body likes it here while eating more “normally.”
