    Wow: over 7 years and I'm basically back at my starting weight.
    Not good.

    Still doing well with my workouts, which is rather surprising since it's been INCREDIBLY COLD here, making it really difficult to want to leave my comfy/warm couch/house.

    I re-joined the No Late Night Snacking Challenge, which is really helpful, since I've had a bad habit of blowing a lot of calories on nighttime crap.

    •Challenge Goal: Haven't decided, but I need to reach 170 first!
    •January 1: 178 lbs (fluid retention) I'll get this fluid off by the start of the challenge.
    1/02 - 177.2 - Coming down slowly. Need to get back to 174!

    1/08- 174.4 Now to drive this number down further!
    1/10- 174 Creeping down.

    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT:158.8 on 1/1/19 (have some water retention from working out and lifting weights this past week, true weight is about 156.6)
