Hi MoLLiy, first of all I wish you all the best for your journey. :-) For me it is very motivating to measure my scope at different parts of my body for example waist, stomach, hip. Even if you don't lost weight one week you might lose scope. It is a good motivation for hard weeks. Feel free to add me if you need friends…

Thx, for all your input... I know there are a lot of different arguments for eating more or less fat but in the end everybody must choose the way it worked for himself and I already now that lowfat works really good even if I eat more calories than MFP says. It gives you the advantage that your body don't starting burning…

Hi Calliewallie, for me it was helpful to start cooking low-fat and to use less sugar. I lost weight without eating less.
