I like my dentist a lot--Jim Clayton, in Northampton. If Dr. Atkinson's practice was a bit closer, I'd go see her (I really like the vibe there when I go see Michelle LaRock, who is a fantastic nutritionist and, gives great advice about Energia and WLC, as was said above!).

Portion control is a big problem if I'm eating mindlessly--say, sitting in front of the computer eating lunch because I'm so busy I can't "afford" to take a lunch break; in that scenario, I don't even notice that I've eaten and just go get more. Thanks, Laura! I haven't eaten fast food for a long time, but seeing what translates to 2,000 calories in empty and unhealthy foods is still startling. I agree, Katie--the home-cooked food looks really good; I think I'll go cook something!
