  • what kind of protein shake do you have mid afternoon? I try to save my smoothies for mid afternoon when I get hungry but they are nowhere near as good as when I first blend them.
  • I am with you-my scale hasn't moved and I am tracking 1200 calories a day. I am 5'5" weigh about 146-dropped 2lbs and there it sits. I exercise 2-3 times. I am so tired of thinking something will change but nothing. over it-almost ready to do the no carb just to see if that will make my scale move!

  • You are a perfect example of lifestyle change and that is why your weight will stay off. I'm feeling so frustrated bc my wtisbt doing a thing. Do you have meal plans? If love to see your food diary. If you aren't counting calories, how do you use mfp? I'm so over counting the calories and nothing changing!
