My weight never flucuates like that and only has since I started taking the powder. Skipping it today.

The protein powder has both whey and soy in it according to google. Never ever had a problem like this with any other protein powder I have tried (even the cheap and nasty ones).

I'm going by the scales only in this case. I don't have time in the morning to get out the tape, measure, write it down and then log it somewhere when there are four other people needing the bathroom.

I'm concerned about your health. This site is designed for those 18 and over. If you have not had a period for 6 months, and you are having issues with your weight. Please go to a doctor !!!!

A Cup is a measurement of an amount, not weight. What do you want to put in the cup ? For example, peanuts in a cup will weigh different to yogurt in a cup.

I like to put things in perspective myself. I remember the homeless people that I work with and the things they have endure. They have complicated personal lives and health problems that I could never imagine. I put on my headphones and go for a walk as well.

A little bit of peanut butter is great when you are peckish but not really hungry. It kills the desire to eat quick and tastes great.

I would love to look like that !!! When I'm skinny, I have ZERO shape. I look like a cardboard box lol. You have nothing to worry about.

I have a cheat day once in a while. However that does not mean eating whatever I want. I eat the same food as always but around 300 - 400 calories extra and still focus on health. I don't do it every week, just once in a while so that I don't look my *!$^ and binge badly.

Not very accurate because you would have to burn the same number of calories and eat the same calories EVERY day for X weeks to get to that weight.

Don't exercise and eat your calories back. Eat and exercise those extra calories away. Food first.
