Hi Lauren, I'm first time in the MFP community, and am also looking for encouragement and motivation. I've lost before but never maintain the motivation to lose after a while - I'd be keen to support each other.

Got a very experienced trainer that says most people do not need protien powder and it is only for competion type training. Not needed for an average healthy body.

When ever I see bigger people exersizing I think, "Respect, I know how hard that is, keep going keep it up."
