Back and might try community support this time

Hi all, Peter here

I'm a long time memeber for MFP, but lose track of my goals at times. I previously lost 25kgs - 55lbs, but through injury and lack of motivation I've put most of it back on. This time round I'm having to learn to retrain, and looking for motivation.

Cheers.

Honestly, the forums are what did it for me finally. I've been an MFP member since 2011 and used it to lose weight time and time again (but obviously not permanently). I finally jumped onto the forums and it's made a huge difference! There are so many knowledgeable and successful people here to help. Plus a ton of useful and fact-based into available.

    Don't be a stranger :) Good luck!

Pretty much the same here (also member since 2011) didn't lose a shred of weight for longer than a couple of weeks until 2016 when I joined the forums.

There is a lot of useful info here (also a lot of misinformation too though) you can normally see that anything majorly wrong is called out with massive amounts of Woo tags (if it's one or two it can sometimes be people treating it as woohoo rather than it's intended use of woo-science)
