Ha no that is not my profile pic - just something fun I found on the web. My goal is to lose 40 lbs / get to 170 lbs on a 1500kcal a day - already lost 9lbs from 213lbs to 204lbs so going strong without too much exercise - need to step it up and tone up! Cheers for your reply :)

Thanks for the suggestion - I can make at least 1000 a day and the build it up to maybe 2000 a day I do them pretty quick!! :)

Hey all thanks for the replies. My goal is to do 1000 after my walk that I do each day. I am trying to prep myself for 22 minutes hard corps that I have! I will do this for a month and then start 22 mins! Kinda scared that I will not be able to do it. :neutral:

Thanks for the replies! I update my weight everyday. Yes I am male so it will be interesting to see what the maintain calorie allowance will be! The lowest I ever have been is 196 so I have a way to go after losing my way!! Thanks again :)

I haven't yet as I am back at the top end of the scale - sigh. I might once I get back to it. I am currently doing mindfulness and I find it helps with what goes in my mouth.

I am in the same boat too. 2014 I was 220 and then went down to 194. Was very happy with my weight / health / body and now I am at 219. I need to get back into the mindset but that is hard at the moment. Eughhh

Hey nvmomketo, Thank you too for the reply, can I ask why you didn't follow the diet? I am not going to tbh, I am happy with my current diet and I do not want to change it. I have just started to be able to do pull ups, which is kinda sad at 33. Oh well never to late to start right?! Cheers :)
