Hey, it take 18 days to form a habit, you get through that and you will be fine. It's hard and your body will go through a lot, but you need to hang on.

Thank you all very much for your comments and advice, I am making the changes I need to. I agree that these changes should of been made sooner and especially when I found out I was to be a Dad.
