Body dysmorphia! How even after losing weight, you still feel and think you look as large as you did. How after gaining some weight back, you don't think you're as big as you are. I've struggled with both of these!!

Hi, I was in a short maintenance for a few months, but I'm starting a new cut for the next 12 weeks. I lift 4-5 days a week. I follow TWK, which has an amazing FB community.

When I started tracking more than just calories, I tracked protein. You should be aiming for 0.8-1g of protein per lb It's a great starting point so you're not having to track P, F and C.

When I first started this journey I thought "I don't care how long it takes, but I'll get to my goal weight" but now I know it's not just about a goal weight, it's about physical and mental health along with feeling better about myself and building better habits to feel amazing!

My goal range would still even put me in the overweight BMI category, but I want to build some muscle if I can while at maintenance for a while. I'm also trying to figure out how long I want to hang out around maintenance before trying to lose more.

I used to be warm all the time. I was always the hot one. Then I got an office job after losing 50lbs and was the frozen one. I had a bunch of health problems, and gained a lot back, but I'm on my way down again... this time down almost 75lbs and (at another new office job) I have a sweatshirt and a blanket at my desk…

Welcome back... I've been through it more than a couple times. I went through the Weight Watchers "revolving door" a few times in my life. But this time I'm trying it on my own using MFP. Hi. I guess my goal for the rest of June right now is to stay on track next weekend. I'm going on a family camping trip and not everyone eats very healthy. And I want to keep up with my walking while I'm there.

I'm down 27 lbs now, and still have a long way to go. One thing I've noticed for the past couple months is that I'm cold a lot. I'll be at work and I'm the only one complaining that I'm freezing when others are in t-shirts.
