I get extremely bad cramps during that time. I also find it difficult to work out, I try to rest until I am able to move then push myself to do whatever I am able to. Sorry, I'm a little new to infusing water. What is a calorie free infuser? I just have a water bottle I put slices of cucumber/lemon/lime into a tube in the centre and let it sit over night??

I usually drink fruit infused water. Cucumbers/lemon/lime is supposed to be an appetite suppressant. Just plain cucumber water seems to work for me as an appetite curb and keeps me going until my next meal. A glass of cucumber water has fewer than 5 calories.
