I recently started lifting weights during my work outs. I do 20 minutes cardio and about 10 minutes of weights 5 days a week. My lost KG's aren't showing up in my profile?
When I open my profile it says I have lost 0kg in 40 days? Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it? Yes I do update my weight progress weekly. It's extremely discouraging to see the 0KG lost when I know I'm losing weight!

Soft Drink/ Pop/ Soda whatever you call it.
during your weight loss did you completely remove fizzy drinks or just cut down on them? During the week I am fine and can go with little to no fizzy drink but as soon as it's the weekend I'm drinking fizzy drinks with the rest of the family, is this damaging to my progress? Would you suggest cutting it out completely?

Your thoughts on Infused water
I love infused water, I would barely drink "normal" water until I started drinking infused water because it adds flavour :) Do you drink infused water? What do you think about infused water? What are your favourite fruits to infuse if you drink it? Does it really help with weight loss and lower calorie intake?

ACL Reconstruction and exercise
