Loss of motivation - HELP!

hi everyone, I'm getting really tired of losing motivation and putting my weight loss journey on hold every time I lose motivation.
I see the results it gets me excited and I want to continue my journey but I struggle to find the time to exercise (I know you don't find time you make it) but I'm a first year uni student trying to figure out time and it all seems a lot to deal with. I'm in need of some advice.

You don't need to exercise to lose weight, just stick to your calorie goal. You should exercise if you can, so do try to find time, but don't beat yourself up over it if you can't, and don't feel like you're not going to be able to lose weight if you really can't find any time to do any exercise.0
