When I had my son 5 1/2 months ago, weight loss was probably the last thing on my mind as I was so tired all the time and didn't want to cook anything. I personally wouldn't buy anything until after the baby is born and you have got yourself into a routine. I only really started thinking about my weight properly about 2…

Sorry if this sounds dumb of me but Do you usually go to the toilet before workouts too? If not then have you tried waiting to do your exercise after you have been to the toilet that day?

I know it's only been 6 days but I've found it a lot easier than I thought it would be. I have been sticking to my meal plan and have also been under my calorie allowance so looking good so far. Let's hope that I can keep it up. Thank you for all of your advice

I think there could be a few reasons 1. I may have gotten into a habit of eating at night 2. Could be boredom as my son goes to bed at around 8pm and I just find myself on my iPad 3. I probably don't drink enough water And so on.

I think I will go to 1700 and just see how that goes for a while and then decrease again if I need to.

I'm 5ft9 and 180lb. I'm on 1500 but I think I may need to increase as I lost over 5lb in a week whilst sticking to the 1500.

I will have either 1 piece of brown toast with either cream cheese and smoked salmon or peanut butter and a banana with a piece of fruit or I will have a chopped banana with yogurt and topped with berries. I used to skip breakfast all the time but I have found that eating these are much easier and quicker than I thought.

I'm from U.K, I'm 23 and a mum of 1, he is 2 1/2 months old. I've only started my weight loss journey this week and find it hard to stay motivated too.

Yer we both sat down together and to be honest he did have more input than I did. Although we didn't add in snacks so when he gets hungry I will suggest fruit or something but he will automatically suggest something really high in calories.

I consider "crap" to be things like pizza and burgers from pizza places or McDonald's or KFC. I know I could go for a 'healthier option' but that's not really what I want to do.

It's more that he is trying to pressure me into eating crap and I'm just afraid that one of these days I will crack and just eat something I shouldn't.
