Anyone else become really hungry when they do cardio? How do you deal with it?

Anyone know why my profile says I've lost 0lbs when I have lost 2lb this week and 4lb in total?

Always hungry
So I have planned to start eating better from Monday and I have planned all my meals for the week but I'm just worried I will fail straight away as I always find that I am always hungry at night and just crave chocolate or biscuits or just anything sweet. Any advice would be appreciated.

Temporary weight goal?
I have no idea what weight I want to be at so just wondering if anyone sets a goal and then reevaluate when you get there depending on wether you want to lose more or if you are happy at where you are?

DOMS
How do you get through a workout with DOMS? I'm really wanting to do my workout today but my legs are killing

Always hungry
So I have been sticking to my calorie goal, I eat 3 small meals a day and snacks in between which are usually fruit or nuts. I tend to have 4/5 of my 5 a day and I am loosing weight I'm always hungry.

Partner not helping

Day 1
So I used mfp over a year ago before I was pregnant and lost about 1st, had my baby 10 weeks ago so now I want to try and loose weight again. My goal is 1500 calories a day and Ive been fine during the day but it's now 9:45pm and I am starving but only have about 100 calories left :(
