Congrats on your weight loss! That's awesome! I'm on my 7th week of eating keto and am half a pound away from reaching 20 pounds down. So we have had similar results. :smile: I still have a long way to go though.

I lost my first 30 lbs by reaching the 10,000 steps a day goal on my fitbit (just started adding other exercises to my workout and changing my diet more). But for me walking outside is a LOT more enjoyable than walking on a treadmill.

I have a FitBit HR, and you don't need to manually log exercises like walking and elliptical because it will track it automatically. Also, I usually get a little over 2,000 steps per mile, so you can think of it that way to see if it added more steps when you logged it or not. If I log an exercise that it doesn't track…

Congrats, great start! I found that when I started walking, wearing a pedometer really motivated me because I would aim to reach a certain number of steps and increase that goal a little bit every week or so.

I try to get as many fruits and veggies as I can and I go to Aldi so I can get more for cheap! Broccoli, lettuce, cucumbers, celery, baby carrots, zucchini...anything to throw together a salad, to have for snacks, or a side for a meal. Hummus, salsa.
