For those that have a choice, yes.... But for Coeliacs, wheat, gluten intolerant people like myself, who have no choice, what do you suppose we do....!?! I know full well I'm sacrificing some good stuff by choosing gluten free, but I have little or no choice - constipation is one of the main side effects of my gluten free…

Here's a particular Gluten Free labeling bash.... Statistically 1% of the UK population (approximately 650,000 people) have Coeliacs or wheat allergies; upto 6% of the British population (approximately 3.9 million people) have Non-Coeliac Gluten Sensitivity.... I'd say that's pretty darn high considering the overall…

I do find it quite frustrating that a lot of the comments on here are bashing "Gluten Free" labeling - I am glad when things are labeled gluten free, because it saves me a lot of pain and embarrassingly messing myself in public as I am a Coeliac sufferer and I HAVE NO CHOICE but to eat gluten free.... Yes the pre-made…

Sorry I'm a crazy cat lady, so I can't offer any advice.... but awe she is absolutely adorable xXx

People stopping me in the supermarket or on the street and saying (very loudly).... "Wow how much weight have you lost now?" I find it so infuriating, because then total strangers think it's their right to join in the conversation and ask me how I've done it and how long it's taken me.... Then when I reply by saying eating…

Hi Gibbo, You sound very motivated and I wish you great success on your continued journey - I'm sending you a friend request. xXx

This is wrong.... The NHS guidelines for adults aged 19-64 to stay healthy are: 1) At least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) of moderate intensity aerobic activity such as cycling or fast walking every week. 2) We should do muscle/strengthening activities on 2 or more days a week that work all major muscle groups…

I started losing weight in November 2012, I started exercising in January 2013 (I wanted to lose a bit of weight before exercising, because I felt getting my diet under control was more important at that stage in my journey) my husband and daughter (who was 16 at that time) decided they would try to eat healthier to…

Who needs the Comedy Channel with posts like these.... My sides are hurting from the responses so far - keep it coming (pardon the pun) I haven't laughed this hard in a long time.... xXx

LOL I'm sorry but that made me laugh out loud.... Seriously, what is The Virgin Diet? I know that phase of my life in LOOOOOONG gone, but morbid curiosity dictates the desire to ask the question anyway lol xXx

The complete elimination of any food or food group is a recipe for disaster.... I eat chocolate every day (I don't eat crisps because I don't like them) & I've lost half my body weight, so my advice is to reintroduce the foods you enjoy & start planning your meals, that way you can make them fit into you daily calories.…

I did Weight Watchers for 1 year (2005-6) but I then lost my job so I couldn't afford to go every week, then we calculated that I spent a total of £240 to be told I had lost total of 67lb in weight.... Here I've lost 164lb & spent £0.00 - job or no job, this site wins over for me....

It is a personal preference..., I personally find it does my head in & makes me frustrated, so I stick to weekly weigh-ins - even that isn't set in stone, I tend to weigh myself when I think about it, I like to weigh on Saturday mornings but I sometimes forget....

Whey powder is like cement mix for me - two helpings of that stuff & I'm bunged for at least three days.... Try getting protein from natural sources (wherever possible) & flaxseed is great for getting things moving (providing I avoid whey powder of course).... xXx

I REALLY REALLY fancy a McDonald's Mocha, but if I have that I'd either have to rethink tonight's dinner or do some more exercise, but latter is not an option today

Each time I lost a stone (14lb) I promised myself another tattoo, I've lost just over 11stone (154lb) up to date & I've had 8 new tattoos, so I still owe myself 3 inking sessions.... Sadly these rewards are not exactly cheap, hence the reason for the I.O.U's.... xXx

I was over weight from the age of 19, but it took me until I was 39 to actually acknowledge the reality that I was getting bigger & heavier with each passing year. I have been called names or verbally abused because of my size by family members, mothers at the school gates & strangers in the street, to be honest I heard so…
