Hi everyone! July was a train wreck for me. Let myself boggled down with visiting relatives and health issues. Failed at hitting 50 km in running. :s Hope August sees me in better spirits! B) My target is same: 50 km in running.

I am in. Have the MSN apps on my phone and didn't notice it was tracking my runs and walks!! For last week my average was 10K+. I plan to cover 10 km 5 days a week by run and walk. 02/07- 15118 steps: 10.5 km

I used to think fishes are loaded with fat but that's a good surprize! To be honest I love cottage cheese as there's no need to cook if feeling lazy. ;)
