  • Since getting serious about weight loss two months ago, and even more serious in the last month, Ive logged on 25 days in a row(should be closer to 50 but missed a day). Feel free to add me. I still have about 50 pounds to lose after dropping 20+ in the last two months.

  • I like your challenge ideas. You're going to love spaghetti squash. When done right, it's glorious(sounds weird, but true). I'm going to try beets this week. That's my goal.
  • You'll get there. Sounds like you know as well as I do that this is all mental. Say no to the cravings over and over and eating right becomes the habit. At least for me it's heading that way. I started with 79 pounds to lose and sitting with 53 left to go a few months later. Enjoying the journey, but get the frustration.
