Yeah I was that way when I first started exercising, but it went away after awhile.

I didn't consider myself underweight at 5 feet tall at 95-98 pounds at 18! This poster is a youngin' guys :)

I'd have to also say tequila with either fresh lemon or lime. A little goes a long way with me!

It's been one year since I joined the gym and started high intensity cardio and some strength training. I haven't lost any weight ( not my goal) but I can see muscles. And I have much more endurance and strength. Anyway, 1 year and in the best shape ever!

It happens to all types. I consider myself fit but very intimidated by my weight training class. But you know, you just go and do it cause no one really cares what you look like or how you're doing, you know. ..

Well yes it should work. Back in the day when I didn't have money for lunch I would buy a power bar and a small orange. I did lose a few pounds.

I hate cooking too, lazy and have no knack for it. During the week I will totally cook two meals, a kid friendly one and an adult one. Love fresh salmon or even making salmon patties with the canned stuff plus my favorite veggie as a side. I like home made veggie chili and lasagna too. Baked chicken breasts with a small…

I started recently at the gym. It's great! Question for those fairly new, how much weight do you lift? I feel silly at 10 pounds (5 for triceps), but it's really all I can manage now.

I try and eat more meat. Also, try b 12 or b complex.

You will definitely see results if you add on some combination of high intensity and cardio, doing it regularly for a few months. I LOVE yoga (have done it for years and still catch a power yoga class from time to time), but it wasn't until I started more challenging classes at the gym that I saw results.

Mix of frozen fruit in freezer, right now it's fuya persimmon and papya, add 1/2 fresh banana, 1/4 cup 2% milk, 1/2 portion of Tillamook vanilla bean yogurt ( or add more milk, vanilla if out of yogurt), some ice. Yum and so ooo healthy!

I think that maybe it would be too tempting for some people on a diet to have this all on one plate. Some people just wouldn't have the self control to just eat 1/3 portion.

You may want to revisit the p90x and insanity workouts. I've been doing a similar workout at the gym class for about a year now (r.i.p.p.e.d) and it has been so amazing. It is very high intensity for about 45 minutes, burning a lot of calories and building muscle. Like any new workout the first few times are difficult but…

I am your height and I do eat fewer calories than recommended (we are very small types) but I only exercise 3 times a week. Has your workout routine gotten easy? Time to mix it up. Yay on the alcohol, I'm also on an alcohol break....for the moment!

Have you tried group exercise classes? About a year ago I joined the gym to get in shape, taking classes like ripped, bodypump, and cardiokick. They are intense workouts and for once I'm toned as well as having lost a few pounds and easily maintain ing my weight. I wasn't losing or maintaining weight by doing my own thing…
