I want to celebrate with you all but know that the only reason for my weight loss over the past week was due to illness πͺ I am on the mend and feeling much better this week! My appetite has been very poor and I have been extremely weak. I finally went to see the doctor today so I am hoping to be back onβ¦

WEIGH-IN PW: 165.7 CW: 167.5 Life Update: I am slowly getting back to including physical activity into my daily routine. The injury to my back really sidelined me. πͺ I wasn't even able to bend over to put on my shoes. That, coupled with traveling last week, plus hormones, sent me into a stress-induced food indulgence.β¦

I panicked, did a strict fast all day, consuming nothing but water, and weighed myself again when I returned home from working 8 hrs. Now, my weight has dropped by almost 2 lbs!? I'mβ¦
