a cheat day could undo all the work you put in to the past week , but 1 cheat meal , like on fri. , or sat , on your off day( if you keep it reasonable) is recommended . you can easily work it in to your calories for the day, you just have to plan ahead . my cheat meal is always mediterranean food !

I have actually asked a few diff. pros. since i started this thread ... any activity , 40 sec at 70 - 90 % max HR on, and 20 sec HR 60 - 65 % off , for 30 min. , as often as you can handle it , the idea is to have an oxygen debt , if you are getting headaches , back off a bit .

first of all , congratulations !!! :D Light exercise , and do NOT limit calories ,do NOT count calories , if you are hungry ....eat , eat what ever you want !(unless its like soap or something like that ) you have a good excuse , use it ! lol, it is so hard to know witch is good advice and bad , you will get some bad.....…

That actually sounds rational....maybe not for a hole year...lol . I would like to quit smoking as well , dont want to wait that long... worried i will gain from that to... but i think if i focus on maintenance , instead of trying to do both weight and smoking, i can then just focus on smoking and deal with the weight when…

This is possibly the best place for the kind of affirmation you need , weight loss and divorce are similar , in that both can be a painfull process , but in the end , with love and support , you will be happier , stronger and better for it . forgive , forget and move on .

hi , i have 4 kids ranging in age from 21y to 2y , + foster . it is so hard eating right and finding time to work out with the young ones about , its an issue most ppl do not understand , it takes me an hour just to do a 15 min home work out...! lol feel free to add me <3

i have 2 small chilldren so its hard for me to find time.... i really like the 5 min walk work outs, they are low impact, but you can exaggerate your movements and get a better work out.

more than 2 lbs a week is unhealthy.you will see your weight go up and down alot ,do to water and such..... mabe try weighing in just once a week, so you dont get frustrated. just keep at it you can do it.
