@kshama2001 are you stalking me!? Yes I do want to lose 2 stone MFP worked it out so I could lose 2 lb a week (which I did last week) I would like it if YOU would not comment on anything I put on here. As for everyone else on here thanks for the lovely comments

I eat eggs everyday for breakfast, really good for you and low in calorie

Walking is really good also try your best to stick to your calorie goal....I don't go to the gym but if you look on YouTube there are thousands of workouts from beginners to hard core so you are bound to find something that suits you......Good luck

I have a breakfast and an evening meal but for lunch I will just have salad with a little light mayo

@Chef_Barbell you are right but I'm only 5ft and that's the amount MFP worked out that I should be eating to lose 1-2 lb a week

I will be eating the right foods, I've done a lot of research but it is confusing because some web sites tell you to do one thing and then others tell you not to do it! Anyway I've been shopping bought lots of salad, fruit & veg, eggs, chicken & fish and lots of bottled water (don't like tap water)

I put all my details into my fitness pal....I want to lose 2 lb a week.....2 stone in total and THEY have worked it out that I need to eat 1200 a day!!!

Mfp has told me to eat 1200 calories a day.....So many judgemental people on here!!
