I got a really light pair of Nike capris at the running room. They start fitted at waist then have room on the hips and thighs. I checked their site and they only had fitted Nike. In my experience is that it is normal until you get your body conditioned. When it becomes easier you increase. You feel fatigued at first then conditioned again building up. I just ran yesterday and I had no energy. You will have good days and not so good days. Just keep it up.

I really like the power bar gels. I just find that they give me boosted energy but upsets my stomach but if you drink water after taking the shot it helps.
