Nutella on a wheat wrap with a banana or whatever fruit is laying around. I also pre make Oates. I use 2 cups any flavor kefir 1 cup old fashioned Oates and 2 tablespoons chia seed. You can also add 1 cup of freah fruit. Mix it in a mason jar and let it sit over night. That makes like 3 breakfasts somewhere between 300 and…

Sometimes I have those days. But it's because I am avoiding something bad I am craving. I will put it off for a day and if I still want it I will give in. But I am sensible about it. I don't know if that's similar to what you have going on.

I could spare 100lbs. Add me if you would like. Either way good luck to you!

Good luck on both your adventures. Stay focused and if you slip just try to do better next time. Don't get down on yourself too much if that happens.

Buy a Juliane peeler and make zucchini spaghetti. It is just strings of zucchini but it substitutes in well. Zucchini doesn't have a strong flavor and the texture will match pasta a little. Good luck to you. Stay motivated and clean up the soda drinking. You're better off with regular than diet. That junk has things worse…

I use a pebble smart watch. It has that misfit activity tracker app available and works with many fitness apps. I like it because it does what the fit boy does and then some. I researched fitness watches a lot. I found they are either pedometers or smart phone app displays. If they don't fit those categories they tend to…

Because I hate being fat. I hate being terrified of chairs. I hate that in high school I couldn't wear band shirts because they weren't my size. I hate that there are a lot of activities that I am to heavy to do because of weight limits. Being fat sucks. I hate it.

Good luck. You can do it!

I like that you said cold turkey. I always compare weight loss to quitting smoking when I think about it. I always have the one isn't okay mentality even though I give into food temptations recently. But good luck on your journey!

Do whatever you can do. A year ago a walking a mile was a lot for me. Then a month ago I was running 5 miles at least once a week. Get an app like runkeeper to track your exercise. It will sync with this and is free. It gps tracks activity outdoors and you can log activities at the gym or use the stop watch mode.

I am the same journey. I am down to 308 as of today. Be careful with running you're to experience some terrible dolt pain and maybe days where you can hardly walk. I tried a 10 week learn to run program and although I gained a lot of endurance and speed I paid for it with pain. Good luck to you hopefully I'll see you at…

That should say cardio not carrion.

Just do carrion start with walking a couple miles a few times a week then add hills. When you get used to that go back to flat ground and add speed. When you get used to that run up hills. Just watch your intake, and stay away from the things you know you shouldn't have.
