Today is day 1 for me again for the 10 time.. Goal 40kg weight loss but for no time limit. I will be juicing and making smoothies and for a kick start

That's a great way to do it and much more sustainable. I will be juicing making smoothies for 7 days for a kickstart and and follow with low calorie and high protein .. Today's is day 1

I am supplementing at the moment and do agree it sounds crazy but that's what I'm would like to find out people's experiences. For me it will be a jump start to make healthier changes. Thanks all for your points

Yes there definitely is a lot of waste but I'm hopeing to make something from the pulp or put in a compost bin. That was one point which almost put me off because I don't like to waste

No matter how long I exercise or how well k eat I reach something which throws me off track after 2 weeks. Was wondering if anyone else has this problem if so how long do you last? And do you have any tips on consistency
